Return Policy

All sales are final due to each item being made to order.

Tees and crew necks are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns at this time. It is very important to check the size chart before ordering.

Only damaged items or incorrect merchandise is eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to contact us no later than 24 hours after an item was received damaged or incorrectly.

Shipping Policy  

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date they are ordered.

Roxycess Creations is not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages by the courier.

Once your package has shipped, your package is no longer in our hands. Please follow the tracking number provided until you have received it! 

International shipping is not available at this time.
